Insta360 X5 One-Time Setup

The 360 Documentation feature is available to Enterprise customers.

 

Overview:

Before performing your first capture with the Insta360 X5, please make sure the camera settings are set up as follows: 

Settings	Where to find them?
Video Encoding Format = H.265 Bitrate=High Sharpness = High	Settings -> Image Settings
Photo Resolution = 8K (72MP)	On the main screen when in Camera Mode, click on the MP at the bottom of the screen to adjust the image resolution
